Ingredients

  • 1 box seasoned croutons
  • 2 lb sausage, browned and drained
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Layer the seasoned croutons, browned and drained sausage, grated Cheddar cheese, and sliced mushrooms in a 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the beaten eggs, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and dry mustard.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes at 325°F until set and golden on top.
