Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 slices bread, cubed without crust
  • 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ungreased loaf pan.
  3. Refrigerate overnight to set flavors.
  4. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour.
  5. Remove from oven and let set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
