Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until foamy or blend in a blender.
  2. Add mushroom soup and crumbled bacon to the eggs.
  3. Melt margarine in a skillet and cook the egg mixture as scrambled eggs.
  4. Spoon the scrambled eggs into warmed pita breads.
  5. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese before serving.
