Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup cheese
  • 1/2 cup ham, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs with milk.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and cook over low heat until almost set.
  4. Add chopped ham, green pepper, onion, cheese, salt, and pepper to one side of the omelette.
  5. Fold the omelette in half and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes until fully cooked.
