Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg Brown-N-Serve sausage links, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour melted butter into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
  2. Set aside. Combine eggs, milk, flour, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended.
  4. Pour egg mixture into prepared baking dish.
  5. Arrange sausage slices over egg mixture.
  6. Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately with warm maple syrup.
  8. Yields 6-8 servings.
