Brian'S Sausage Bread
A savory sausage and cheese-filled bread, rolled with seasoned sausage, cheeses, and onion, then baked to a golden crust—perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

- Follow baking directions for oven temperature and let dough rise according to the package instructions.
- Brown the sausage with the chopped onion in a pan; crumble and drain the mixture, then let it cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine both shredded cheeses, cooled sausage and onion mixture, sage, parsley flakes, and the egg yolk. Mix well.
- Roll out the frozen bread dough flat on a floured surface.
- Pour the cheese and sausage mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Roll the dough, tucking in the sides as you go, to form a loaf shape.
- Before finishing rolling, coat the edge with egg white to help seal the bread.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking pan and coat the top with the remaining egg white.
- Bake until the outer crust is golden brown.
