Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 to 3 oz. feta cheese
  • 1 to 2 tomatoes
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Cut broccoli into serving pieces and cook until tender.
  2. Arrange cooked broccoli in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
  3. Combine garlic salt, dry mustard, oil, onion salt, oregano, thyme, pepper, and vinegar to make the marinade.
  4. Pour the marinade over the broccoli.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
  6. Turn broccoli once during chilling.
  7. To serve, arrange broccoli on a platter, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  8. Garnish with tomato wedges and quartered hard-boiled eggs.
