Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli, squeezed dry
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and stir in the bread crumbs.
  2. Mix the creamed corn, squeezed broccoli, beaten egg, and all but 2 tablespoons of the bread crumbs.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs on top.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 60 to 70 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
