Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 pkg. frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed Fritos

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chopped broccoli and frozen baby lima beans according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Mix the cooked vegetables with the cream of mushroom soup and grated Cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed Fritos on top of the casserole.
