Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
  • sliced turkey
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Cook frozen broccoli according to package instructions; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Layer sliced turkey in a baking dish, then add cooked broccoli on top.
  7. Pour the cheese sauce over the layered ingredients.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
