Broccoli Cassarole

Ingredients

  • Fresh broccoli cut into flowerettes and tender stems
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • dash of onion salt
  • 2 eggs
  • saltine crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients but crackers. Place in a greased souffle dish. Top with crushed saltines.
  2. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
