Ingredients

  • 10 oz. package broccoli
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • dash of salt
  • 1 small box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 cups grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl: broccoli, chopped onion, beaten eggs, salt, cornbread mix, and grated cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared greased pan.
