Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, cut in pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli
  • 10-pack Hungry Jack biscuits
  • 2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Rice Krispies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to biscuit package instructions.
  2. Separate the biscuits and flatten each into a small disk.
  3. Press each biscuit into the bottoms and up the sides of greased muffin tin cups to form small cups.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken pieces, cream of chicken soup, cooked broccoli, shredded Cheddar cheese, and Rice Krispies.
  5. Spoon the mixture evenly into each biscuit-lined cup.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is hot.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
