Broccoli-Chicken Roll-Ups

Creamy broccoli and chicken wrapped in tortillas, baked with mushroom soup and cheese for a comforting, family-friendly meal full of savory flavors and cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 20 oz. package frozen broccoli
  • 1 (5 oz.) can chunk chicken
  • 3/4 can milk
  • 5 oz. can chicken
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Cook the broccoli according to package directions, then drain.
  2. Mix together the cooked broccoli, chunk chicken, half of the cream of mushroom soup, and 1 cup of cheese.
  3. Spoon this mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas side by side in a baking pan.
  5. Mix the remaining cream of mushroom soup with milk and pour over the top of the rolled tortillas.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
