Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch fresh broccoli or 2 boxes frozen broccoli spears
  • 2 boxes Stove Top stuffing or homemade stuffing
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 lb. boneless, cut-up chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut up chicken breasts into cubes and sauté in butter until lightly browned.
  3. Set aside the cooked chicken.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and mayonnaise.
  5. Add the cooked chicken to the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Prepare the stuffing according to the instructions on the box or use homemade stuffing; set aside.
  7. In a baking dish, combine the broccoli, chicken mixture, and prepared stuffing.
  8. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
