Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 c. coarsely crushed crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend the cooked and drained chopped broccoli, creamed corn, beaten egg, 1/4 cup coarsely crushed crackers, instant minced onion, 2 tablespoons melted butter, salt, and pepper together.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish.
  3. Top with 1/4 cup crushed crackers mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
