Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 16 ounces creamed small curd cottage cheese
  • 16 ounces shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 10 ounces chopped cooked broccoli
  • 8 slices fried bacon

Instructions

  1. Spread cooked broccoli in a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Beat eggs until fluffy.
  3. Add flour, salt, baking powder, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and melted butter to the eggs.
  4. Mix well until combined.
  5. Stir in crumbled bacon.
  6. Pour the mixture over the broccoli in the pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes, avoiding overcooking.
