Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup crushed cheese crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix together mushroom soup, mayonnaise, chopped onion, eggs, and grated cheese to form the sauce.
  2. In a greased casserole dish, place half of the cooked, chopped broccoli.
  3. Spread all of the French-style green beans on top of the broccoli.
  4. Pour half of the sauce over the green beans, then add the remaining broccoli.
  5. Pour the remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle crushed cheese crackers evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
