Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. ham
  • 1/4 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 6 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 packages (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coarsely chop ham, broccoli, and onion with a food chopper.
  3. Finely snip parsley with kitchen cutters and coarsely grate Swiss cheese.
  4. Mix chopped ham, broccoli, onion, parsley, cheese, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  5. Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle on a 13-inch baking stone with bases overlapping in the center and points facing outward.
  6. Ensure there is a 3-inch diameter circle in the center.
  7. Evenly spoon the filling over the crescent roll base.
  8. Fold the points of each triangle over the filling and tuck under at the center.
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
