Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 oz. can mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 6 oz. grated American cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Saute minced onion in butter until translucent; add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine defrosted and drained broccoli, beaten eggs, sautéed onions and mushrooms, grated American cheese, and flour. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased pie pan.
  4. Sprinkle seasoned Italian bread crumbs over the top and dot with small pieces of butter.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes until golden and set.
