Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 package (3 1/4 oz.) vanilla pudding
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 15 oz. can sliced peaches
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons peach syrup

Instructions

  1. Drain the sliced peaches and blot them with paper towels.
  2. Reserve 3 tablespoons of peach syrup for later use.
  3. Preheat the oven and prepare a greased pie pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding, margarine, egg, and milk until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased pie pan.
  6. Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the batter.
