Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli, cut up
  • 2 slices bacon, diced
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, cook diced bacon and minced garlic in a skillet until the bacon is crisp.
  3. Add cider vinegar to the skillet and heat the mixture.
  4. Brown the bread crumbs in butter in a separate pan or after removing the bacon and garlic.
  5. Pour the vinegar sauce over the hot broccoli.
  6. Sprinkle the browned bread crumbs on top before serving.
