Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. broccoli slaw
  • 1 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. green onion
  • 2 pkg. beef Ramen noodle seasoning
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix together broccoli slaw, slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions and let stand overnight.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine beef Ramen noodle seasoning with vegetable oil, vinegar, and sugar to make the dressing.
  3. Half an hour before serving, crumble the Ramen noodles into small pieces.
  4. Add the crumbled noodles to the slaw mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the dressing over the slaw and stir well to coat evenly.
