Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 3/4 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into medium-sized meatballs.
  4. Place oil in a large pan and arrange meatballs in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, browning on each side.
  6. Serve with your favorite sauce and pasta.
