Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch broccoli
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup honey Dijon salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Rinse the broccoli thoroughly.
  2. Cut off the large stalks and separate the florets.
  3. Break large broccoli pieces into very small flowerets.
  4. Slice the red onion very thin and separate into rings.
  5. Combine raisins and peanuts in a bowl and mix with the broccoli.
  6. Place the sliced red onion rings on top of the broccoli mixture.
  7. One hour before serving, pour the honey Dijon salad dressing over the salad and chill thoroughly.
  8. Serve in a large decorative bowl as an accompaniment to any entrée.
