Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
  • 1 (6.9 oz.) package chicken-flavored rice mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed cooked turkey, undiluted cream of chicken soup, drained broccoli florets, chicken-flavored rice mix, milk, chicken broth, chopped celery, sliced water chestnuts, mayonnaise, and chopped onion.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased 3-quart baking dish or a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  4. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
