Ingredients

  • 2 cups seasoned croutons
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 packages (10 oz each) frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup condensed mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Toss seasoned croutons with melted margarine and set aside.
  2. Cook frozen broccoli until half done; leave a little crisp, then drain.
  3. Combine condensed mushroom soup and shredded cheese until the cheese melts.
  4. Stir the cooked broccoli into the soup and cheese mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with the prepared croutons.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbling.
