Ingredients

  • 4 (5 oz.) orange roughy fillets
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt-free vegetable seasoning
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Lay fillets on a broiler pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion flakes, vegetable seasoning, and paprika.
  4. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  5. Place the fillets in a preheated broiler and broil for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
