Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread, cubed
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup bacon, fried
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. Spread cubed bread on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Sprinkle fried bacon and broccoli over the bread.
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over all the ingredients in the pan.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour or until golden brown.
