Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 3 small potatoes
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and canned mushrooms to the meat and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Peel and dice the potatoes, then fry them until golden brown.
  4. Add the fried potatoes to the meat mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas until soft and pliable.
  6. Spoon the meat and vegetable mixture onto each tortilla, then roll up to serve.
