Ingredients

  • 8 oz. crescent rolls
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 to 1 1/4 cups cubed ham
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella
  • 9 oz. cut broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • chopped green pepper to taste
  • 1 large tomato, peeled, seeded, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles and place on a 12-inch pizza pan or a 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Make a 1/2-inch rim all around the edges of the dough.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with Italian seasoning and salt.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs onto the crust.
  5. Top with cubed ham, shredded mozzarella, thawed and drained broccoli, sliced mushrooms, chopped green pepper, and diced tomato.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
