Ingredients

  • 1 (10-inch) baked pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimento
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped ham
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine cream cheese and milk in a saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the cream cheese mixture to the beaten eggs, mixing until blended.
  4. Saute chopped onion in Parkay margarine; add onion, chopped green pepper, chopped pimento, chopped ham, and dash of pepper to the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Mix well and pour into the baked pie crust.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
