Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising meal
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a skillet.

  3. Pour the batter into the greased skillet.
