Ingredients

  • 2 lb. thin sliced beef
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp. fresh garlic
  • 1/8 c. sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, ginger, garlic, and green onion in a large bowl.
  2. Add the thin sliced beef to the marinade and coat well.
  3. Let the beef marinate for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
  4. Preheat the barbecue grill to high heat.
  5. Grill the beef slices until cooked through and slightly caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional sliced green onions if desired.
