- Press 1 stick of margarine, flour, and 3/4 cup of chopped pecans into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch glass pan to make the crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
- Let the crust cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Stir in 1 cup of Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust while it is still warm.
- Mix Jell-O instant pudding with milk and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and chopped pecans.
