Ingredients

  • 1 cup herb dressing mix
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon catsup

Instructions

  1. Prepare dressing mix according to directions.
  2. Mix ground beef and evaporated milk together.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 to 6 patties.
  4. Flatten each meat patty.
  5. Place a ball of dressing in the center of each patty and wrap the meat around it, sealing well.
  6. Arrange the meatballs in a casserole dish.
  7. Pour cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, and catsup over the meatballs.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 50 minutes.
