Ingredients

  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. thick salsa sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 avocado (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 10 1/2-inch pie plate.
  2. Mix Bisquick, water, and refried beans together and pat into the pie plate.
  3. Layer the cooked ground beef, thick salsa, and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Bake in a 375° oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
