Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 bag tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 8 oz. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Chop the Ro-Tel tomatoes.
  3. Mix the chopped tomatoes with the cream of mushroom soup and the browned meat.
  4. In a baking dish, arrange layers of crushed tortilla chips, the meat mixture, and grated cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
