Ingredients

  • 1 box butter brickle cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 package instant coconut pudding mix
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Beat together the cake mix, eggs, oil, pudding mix, warm water, and poppy seed until well combined.
  2. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or 3 medium-sized pans.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before removing from pans.
