- Blend Crisco, sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat well to combine.
- Slowly add flour and eggs a little at a time, mixing thoroughly.
- Set aside 1/4 cup of flour.
- Mix separately the pecans, butterscotch chips, and the reserved flour.
- Slowly add vanilla to the well-beaten batter.
- Pour one layer of batter into a greased Bundt pan.
- Add the nut mixture in the center of the batter.
- Cover with more batter on top.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 1.5 hours, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 45 minutes, then remove from the pan.
- Slice gently and serve.
