Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Instructions

  1. Boil water.
  2. Pour the boiling water over the lime jello and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add chopped celery, chopped green pepper, chopped carrot, and cottage cheese to the jello mixture.
  4. Mix well and pour into individual molds or a large dish.
  5. Chill until set before serving.
