- In a large skillet, sauté garlic in butter.
- Add meat and brown.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, and sherry. Simmer.
- In another pan, cook mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, and green peppers to the mushrooms.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the mushroom and pepper mixture to the meat along with tomatoes and heat thoroughly.
- Serve over white rice.
