Butterball Biscuits

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Melt 1/2 cup butter.
- Put 1 teaspoon into each of 12 pan cups.
- Save the rest for later.
- Sift and measure flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add 1/3 cup softened butter.
- Cut into flour mixture with pastry blender until pea size.
- Stir in 3/4 cup milk with a fork.
- Fill each muffin cup almost to top with dough.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Spoon melted butter over each biscuit.
- Bake 10 minutes more. "Serve piping hot with butter, jam or honey."
