Creamy, cheesy, and savory hot appetizers featuring baked biscuits topped with a flavorful mayonnaise and Parmesan mixture, perfect for entertaining guests or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 biscuits, baked and cooled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup fancy shredded Parmesan cheese (3 oz.)
  • 3 to 4 green onions with tops
  • paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop green onions and tops very finely at least 4 hours before serving and store in the refrigerator.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, shredded Parmesan cheese, and chopped green onions very well.
  3. Store the mixture in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Split the baked biscuits and spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of each half.
  5. Broil until bubbly, with or without paprika sprinkled on top, watching closely as they burn quickly.
  6. Serve immediately, warning guests that they are very hot.
