Ingredients

  • 2 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • shredded coconut (optional)
  • peanut butter (optional)
  • your favorite flavoring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter with the cream cheese until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the confectioners sugar and vanilla to the mixture and blend thoroughly.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator until firm.
  5. Dip or coat the chilled balls with melted chocolate to finish.
