- Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon rum extract.
- Divide the brown sugar mixture evenly among 8 ungreased muffin cups; set aside.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and cut each into 4 strips.
- Wrap each strip around the brown sugar mixture in the muffin cups.
- Brush the tops with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
