Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 packages instant butterscotch pudding

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, melted oleo, and chopped nuts.
  2. Spread the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Cream together the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1 cup whipped topping.

  7. Combine the pudding mix and milk until the mixture is firm.
  8. Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding.
