- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form; gradually add 1 cup of brown sugar while beating.
- Spread the meringue mixture over the cookie dough and chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
