Buttery Fish 'N Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 pound white fish

Instructions

  1. In a 2-quart saucepan, melt 1/3 cup margarine; add sesame seed, parsley flakes, celery salt, and white wine.
  2. Toss the melted margarine mixture with the seasoned stuffing mix.
  3. Place the white fish in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Spoon the stuffing mixture over the fish fillets.
  5. Cover the pan with foil.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
