Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Place chopped cabbage, cauliflower, and onion in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Add mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, sugar, and crumbled bacon in the order given.
  3. Mix well and cover; refrigerate overnight or several hours.
  4. Toss the salad just before serving.
